Cancellation Policy - Refund requests will require written notice of cancellation to nicole.evans@societyforcryobiology.org. Cancellations received in writing on or prior to March 20, 2021 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after March 20, 2021 will NOT receive a refund. Paid virtual Exhibition space unclaimed or abandoned at 5:00pm on July 20, 2021 will be repossessed without indemnity and reassigned by the Society for Cryobiology. *
